Had a great weekend away. Really enjoyed the accommodation, and my interaction with the owner was pleasant. Good break away. Just a small tip would be to advise people who want to play on the tennis courts that there is certain attire required. Other than that, it was a great weekend away.

Place is beautiful and much to do. Yes, had a mouse in the flat, struggled with the front door, Weber one foot was broken. Other than that, it was nice.

Dankie aan die ontvangs en onthaalarea wat die verblyf gemaklik laat voel het. Die plek word regtig goed onderhou maar die ligging het 'n risiko geraak as gevolg van die plakkerskamp reg buite die perseel.

Awfully uncomfortable and not suitable for a holiday or weekend getaway. The place was uncomfortable and had not been cleaned or prepared for our arrival. There was a geyser in the bedroom cupboard that does not close. The balcony had bird droppings and moss on the ground and frame. The accommodation is not suitable for 4 adults as the space is extremely small, and the bunk beds are cramped. I feel your site misrepresents the reality of this accommodation, especially since it is in the middle of a township. There was no access to WiFi. There were bugs in the kitchen.

Dear Nicolette, On your arrival, you requested for the small balcony to be cleaned. We immediately sent cleaners that evening, despite it being a public holiday. However, the email you sent at midnight on your second night was unfortunately too late for us to respond to; we would have been pleased to clean anything that did not meet your satisfaction the day before. As indicated on the site, there is currently no WiFi at the apartment as we are in the process of activating fibre. The majority of our guests enjoy the reasonable rates for a seafront getaway in Hermanus with access to all the facilities, from pools to gym, tennis, squash, etc., and generally have a lovely time at the Beach Club. We're sorry that your stay didn't meet your expectations. Perhaps what you are looking for costs more than R375 per adult per night.
