Die staanplek is groot en onder pragtige bome, en het ablusiegeriewe met stort. Daar is 'n gedeelde wasbak vir skottelgoed. Daar is 'n 15A-kragpunt by elke staanplek en 'n braai-area. Die lapa en swembadgeriewe, sowel as die bome word met ander kampeerders gedeel. Speel area vir kinders met klimraam en trampoline en sand pit. Moet eie kamp toerusting verskaf.

Parking: Only 1 covered parking space is provided for each accommodation. Vehicles are not permitted to park on the grass in front of the units, on walkways, or on the grass around the pool.
Prohibited Items: Motorbikes, quad bikes, electric scooters, drones, and fireworks are not allowed.
Speed Limit: Please drive carefully and adhere to the 20 km per hour speed limit. Private vehicles are not allowed near the main house.
Day Visitors: Only day visitors with prior arrangements are allowed. Day visitors are considered additional bookings, and a daily fee per person and per additional vehicle will be charged. Arrangements and payment must be made in advance with the owner.
Wildlife: Feeding wild animals is strictly prohibited.
Fireworks: No fireworks are allowed on the property.
Departure: Upon departure, guests must switch off all lights and the air conditioner, lock the unit, and leave the keys in the door.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after departure. If there is any damage, it will be deducted from the deposit. If you are aware of any broken items, please leave the replacement value in cash next to the item in order to receive the full deposit back. If any of the rules are not followed, the owner may use their discretion to withhold money, even to cover cleaning costs, replace damaged items, or make repairs. If the damage exceeds the breakage deposit, compensation for the damage, repair, or cleaning will be expected before departure. Please note that damage, even if accidental, is still considered damage, and Jakkelsroep still requires compensation, as everything was in proper condition upon arrival.

Self-sorg. Dié tent is 'n unieke en luukse toevoeging tot Jakkelsroep en bied 'n ten volle selfsorg-glanskamp-ervaring. Die tent is ideaal vir diegene wat op soek is na die bekoring van kampeer met bykomende gerief. Die tent het slaapplek vir 2 volwasse en 2 kleinerig kinders, 'n koningingrootte-bed met gehaltelinne en 'n slaapbank. Gaste moet hul eie linne vir die slaapbank saambring, lugverkoeling en gratis WiFi. Die badkamer het 'n stort en 'n toilet. Ten volle toegeruste kombuisarea wat met 'n yskas, tweeplaatstoof, breekware en 'n eetarea met 'n tafel en stoele toegerus is, asook braaigeriewe, swembad en speel area vir kinders met trampoline en klimraam met sand pit. Die tent is in die hartjie van die Bosveld geleë met vrylopende diere soos zebra, nyala, blesbok, rooibok en voltruis.
