To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following rules and regulations. It is important that all rules are followed at all times.

A small pet is allowed if arrangements are made in advance and include an additional pet fee. The pet must be leashed at all times due to the presence of game in the area. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should have their own pet bed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Please use the ashtrays provided outside and ensure that cigarette butts are not discarded into the veld.

Fires are only allowed in the designated braai area, please ensure all fires are extinguished after use.

The right of admission is reserved. Access to facilities is contingent upon adherence to the rules. Guests who disobey the rules, behave inappropriately, or ignore notices will be asked to leave.

Use of facilities is at the guest's own risk.

The owner reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they deliberately damage property, trees, or plants.

The splash pool and swimming pool are not fenced. Guests use these facilities at their own risk. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

No alcohol, glass, or food is allowed in the pools. Vehicles are not permitted on the grass surrounding the swimming pool.

Only 1 covered parking space is provided for each accommodation. Vehicles are not permitted to park on the grass in front of the units, on walkways, or on the grass around the pool.

Motorbikes, quad bikes, electric scooters, drones, and fireworks are not allowed.

Please drive carefully and adhere to the 20 km per hour speed limit. Private vehicles are not allowed near the main house.

Only day visitors with prior arrangements are allowed. Day visitors are considered additional bookings, and a daily fee per person and per additional vehicle will be charged. Arrangements and payment must be made in advance with the owner.

Feeding wild animals is strictly prohibited.

No fireworks are allowed on the property.

Upon departure, guests must switch off all lights and the air conditioner, lock the unit, and leave the keys in the door.

The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after departure. If there is any damage, it will be deducted from the deposit.

Please note that access to the Tented Chalet requires driving approximately 12 km on a gravel road, which may not be suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance.
