The guest is responsible for the behavior of their visitors during the rental period and must ensure that the accommodation is used with care, respect, and in accordance with the rules set out in the Special Instructions.
The maximum occupancy of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.
Any loss or damage to the accommodation, including the inverter, linen, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or other items, will be assessed solely by Be in Betty's Bay, and the guest will be expected to pay for such damage on demand. Guests must notify Be in Betty's Bay of any losses or damages prior to departure.
Children must be supervised at all times.
