Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet time starts after 22:00.
Parties, events, weddings, and photo or film shoots are not allowed on the premises.
The maximum number of persons on the premises is strictly limited to the number of guests for which the house was booked and paid.
Guests must sign an indemnity form on arrival and provide ID or passports for all guests in accordance with the Guest Identification Requirements in South Africa.
