House Rules

General remark: We reserve the right to move guests to a different cottage of the same standard as the one that was originally booked.

Braai utensils are provided, but firewood, firelighters and briquettes need to be pre-ordered before arrival or provide their own.

Breakfast or braai packs can be delivered to your cottage at an extra cost, but need to be ordered at least 3 days before your arrival.

There is a gravel road leading up to the lodge and it's easily accessible with a standard car.

Pool towels are provided.

If booking Turaco cottage, please note the following:
If Turaco cottage is booked for 2 adults, only the main bedroom downstairs will be accessible (the second bedroom upstairs will be locked).
If Turaco cottage is booked with children younger than 12, they will be charged a child rate for the living room sleeper couch. If children want to use the second bedroom, they will be charged adult rate, regardless of their age.
If we get a request to host a larger group in Turaco cottage, we will move a booking for 2 adults to one of our 1-bedroom cottages.
