Eenheid is goed geleë. Kort bietjie werk maar oor die algemeen aanvaarbaar. Die deure maak nie behoorlik toe nie en indien dit toe is, kan dit nie oop nie. Die buitedeure van die balkon was 'n reuse gesukkel om oop en toe te maak.

Hi Margitta Thank you for your feedback and for bringing the balcony doors to our attention, we have had maintenance around now to oil the doors they are much easier to slide open as they should always be. With regards to the other doors are you referring to the bedroom doors. We were not aware that there was an issue, however, maintenance went around and the doors do seem to be a bit swollen and advised this is most likely due to the apartment being situated on the beach. Perfekte sentrale ligging. Pragtige uitsig. Rustig. Netjies. Ons het ongelooflik lekker by Lagoon Beach 237A gebly. Die uitsig oor die lagoon is 'n droom, jy moet wel op die patio gaan om die see-uitsig te geniet. Die eenheid het alles wat jy nodig het en is baie skoon en netjies. Ons moes ongelukkig vir 2 aande na die luidrugtige musiek en geselskap van permanente inwoners op die 3de vloer luister. Die tweede aand toe ek met sekuriteit gaan gesels, was hulle baie behulpsaam en die geraas het 'n halfuur later bedaar. Dalk kan julle dit oorweeg om 'n trollie beskikbaar te stel vir bagasie vanaf die parkering tot by die eenheid. Dit was nogal 'n storie om alles bo en weer terug by die motor te kry.

I am so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. I do apologise again for the noise disturbances. We have put in a few complaints in this regard already, as the building is very strict, and they actually fine people for this. Thank you for the suggestion of the trolley; it is actually available from the hotel side. They do allow guests from the apartment side to make use of the bag trolleys; they are usually behind the reception desk, but if not, the security guards are usually more than happy to go get one. Disappointing. 2 lounge lamps could not be turned on, and we could not get any immediate assistance in connecting to DSTV.

I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations fully. Our guest relations team will be reaching out to you soon. Thank you for bringing the issue with the lamps to our attention, our maintenance team is now looking into it. Regarding the TV, it is a Smart TV and it seems the Smart Hub Function was not working due to an incorrect time and date. This has now been corrected, and the TV is functioning normally. I apologise that this was not checked during your check-in with the host. I have made the management aware, and they will take the necessary steps to avoid a similar situation in the future. Baie lawaaierig. Lawaaierig met restaurant onder die woonstel. Hoofslaapkamer het nie aircon of 'n waaier nie. Loadshedding is ook 'n probleem met slegs 1 lig wat werk in die hele woonstel. Wag nog steeds vir my "breakage fee". Het nou al 2 boodskappe gestuur vir die "landlady" en wag nig steeds vir 'n antwoord.

Goed. Ligging is goed aangesien ons besigheid in die omgewing moes doen. Woonstelgebou was netjies en skoon en sekuriteitspersoneel vriendelik.

Baie lekker. Die hele woonstel is baie luuks, great view. Goeie waarde vir jou geld. Ek dink net in die Kaapse somers sal 'n aircon of ten minste fans jou verblyf net soveel lekkerder maak. Dit was baie warm.

Hallo Celeste, ek is bly julle het julle verblyf geniet. Ons streef daarop om net beter te wees en daarom waardeer ons u voorstelle vir verbetering om beter as 'n 3-ster te kan wees? Ons sien baie uit na u voorstelle en om u binnekort weer te huisves. Ons is in die proses om plafonwaaiers te installeer. Sien gou weer - Groete Yolandi

Took an hour and a half to check in. Had to pay a deposit for breakages, and is still waiting for our refund after almost 2 weeks. Still waiting for our return of our deposit.
