Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.

A R2000 refundable breakage deposit is required before check-in, with the payment of the booking. This will be refunded within 7 days of check-out once the property has been checked. Any deductions will be discussed with the tenants at the time of inspection. The refund will be made via EFT into a bank account specified by the guest.

The house will be serviced before your stay and there will be a complimentary cleaning and change of linen every 7 days for longer stays.
