Tasteful and neat. We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and tidy place. Beds were clean and comfortable, with warm winter sheets and soft blankets for a particularly cool weekend. Hostess made contact to find out if everything was as desired. Will definitely use this again.

Hostess a total big no! Neighborhood unsafe area. Although place was clean. The hostess took me in because I just went to check where our accommodation was after a 12 hour drive. I was barely there for 2 minutes when she said how unhappy she was because I was there before 14h00 to check in. You also send an email without hearing a 100% true story and immediately send an email that people are very strict if you check in earlier which was not the case. My husband did not know about key arrangements and took the key with him for when we got back to the place. Usually all places have 2 keys, like the hotel I am currently staying at in Amanzimtoti, one for the cleaner and one for the client who checks in. My husband immediately took the keys back after my uncomfortable tone of voice that I received from Lyzette. She will have to learn how to talk to her guests on the phone because on a WhatsApp message she is so friendly, but with her call to me her real humanity immediately showed who she is. You drive through a very messy neighborhood full of shacks to get there which immediately makes the place unsafe, because it's basically next to each other and your car is parked under a canopy far from your sleeping place, although it's like a complex, there is no wall to ensure the safety of the buildings. My advice to Lyzette is to first investigate before making accusations against a guest and immediately turning an ant into an elephant, all of which was completely unnecessary. So in short, no I had nightmares and will never stay there again. I use many different travel agents and so far this was the first unpleasant experience.

Clean and very tidy. Very quiet and safe. The apartment is very comfortable and very neat and clean. For the purpose it was used for, it is ideal.

The unit was very comfortable. My 83 year old father and I stayed together and my father found the unit's lighting dark. The stairs must be used carefully.

Nice stay, no problems. Accommodation was neat, beautiful, with everything you need.

The whole weekend was "great". It's a cute place close to everything. Big enough for 4 people. Unfortunately not lock-up parking. But everything had been without incident.

Good value for money! Perfect accommodation for a weekend away.
