Please note that the loft is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.

Only the number of guests booked will be accommodated as requested. No additional guests will be allowed..
Dishes must be washed, dry and packed away on departure, or a fine will be deducted from the key deposit.
Accommodation is used at your own risk.
No refund will be given should guests decide to leave earlier than the departure date.
Keys will not be handed over until the full rental amount has been settled.
