Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a bar fridge, microwave, and air fryer.

House Rules

- Guests must please not bring their vehicle onto the property as there are kids and animals that roam freely.
- Please park in the road outside in the tarred parking bay opposite the entrance to number 18. Use the button on the remote to open the gate to Number 20 and allow the gate to open all the way. The gate must be closed with the same button. Please remember to always close the gate as there are small children and a dog on the property.
- Please take care of the epoxy floors by removing shoes and not moving furniture on the floors. The floors can be quite slippery when wet, so dry off in the shower, and clean up kitchen spills as soon as possible to avoid potential accidents.
- There are spare towels in the basket in the bathroom.
- TV: For Netflix, use the Mountain View Studio user. If guests log into YouTube with their own account, please don't forget to log out before departure.
- Electricity: The property is equipped with solar power which allows the occupants to enjoy a loadshedding-free experience. The power is limited, so please use only one heating device (toaster, kettle, hair dryer, microwave, induction plate, air fryer) at any given time. Instruction manuals for the appliances are in the top kitchen drawer.
- Please close and latch all windows, lower the window blinds and lock the door prior to leaving the property.
- Please avoid excessive water usage. Note: the water pressure is quite low in the area.

Cancellation Policy - Moderate
