Fabulous house for our group. We loved Nest Egg Holiday Home. It worked really well for our two families to go away together with teenagers. We loved the braai room as it was closed in and protected from the wind; we spent many hours here playing games and chatting. We managed to sit outside on the last day once the wind had settled, and this was equally as nice. The mountain was easily accessible for our amazing hikes, and we also walked into town on two occasions using the cliff path near Grotto Beach. The house was clean, bedding lovely, and comfy beds. We were given a welcome pack with the most delicious choc chip cookies and lovely wine and chocolates - this was very much appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. Communication with the owner was very good. Thank you to Petra for sharing her house with us.

Relaxing, comfortable, looked-after. We spent a very relaxing week at Nest Egg Holiday Home. The house is at the foot of the mountains and a few minutes' walk to Grotto beach. It has everything you need and a wonderful open-plan living/dining/lounge area. Spotlessly clean, with fast WiFi, comfortable beds, and hot, hot showers. However, it was the host's dedication to ensuring everything was ready and perfect for us that impressed us most. Nothing was too much trouble for the host, and I would highly recommend the house for a family getaway.
