Fantasties. Sakpas. Die eenheid was netjies en die natuurskoon asemrowend. Die diens by die restaurant was puik. Die 'snacks' in die kombuis was heerlik.

Picturesque location, value for money. During my stay at Qwantani, I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities provided. The accommodation was not only comfortable but also well maintained, offering a blend of luxury and nature. The staff were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The restaurant staff delivered outstanding service, ensuring that every meal was enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of my visit was undoubtedly the breathtaking scenery surrounding the resort. Stunning mountain views with lush landscapes that were truly breathtaking. The serene environment provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and reflection. The only downside of the trip was the gravel road leading to the resort. A mere 21 km took an hour, so one can only imagine the snail pace at which one has to travel. The loose gravel poses a severe threat to vehicles; we can only hope that the resort considers improvements, like perhaps incorporating a boat service from the beginning of the gravel road inclusive of a shuttle service. This could save guests the hassle of using their own vehicles and avoid any hazards. Despite the road conditions, my stay was largely positive.

Gegaan met goeie verwagtinge maar was teleurgesteld. Was my 2de besoek aan Qwantani. Die bewaringfooi is toe R150 en nie R75 soos op die bespreking. Vorige besoek was kos vir my siel, maar die slag was daar geen uitsig oor die dam en bome en bure rondom vir dieselfde onkoste. Daar was ook 'n funksie in die lapa en tot laatnag 'n geraas oor 'n luidspreker sonder dat ons daarvan laat weet is. Slegs 3 groot borde, maar daar kan 6 slaap. Stoof en broodrooster het nie reg gewerk. Krane in badkamer kan nie behoorlik oopmaak by wasbak nie. Winterdovets in die somer. Nooit ingelig daar is gratis WiFi en staan ook nie op bespreking. Het gegaan om weer die mooi en rustigheid te geniet, maar was teleurgesteld. Sal dit waardeer om ligging van chalets te sien voor ek weer bespreek. Oord is netjies en sal graag weer wil gaan.

The allocation of units is not always guaranteed and yes, I understand this does pose a problem and is not ideal. Thank you for bringing certain maintenance issues to our attention; this will certainly be looked at and attended to. Please note that we do not have a difference between winter or summer duvets; these remain standard throughout the year. In future, please do check when booking in order for us to try and book a chalet that would be more suitable. Although this can never be guaranteed, we will certainly try our best. The resort and accommodation is neat and tidy, the stay was great. The only downfall for us was the gravel road that was not very well maintained and a normal car will get damaged on this road.
