Definitely coming back soon. Our stay was very peaceful. The staff was friendly. Our room was perfect with a good view, so it was worth it. The staff even left us a note, as well as water and a snack, which is very kind and nice of them to do.

Comfortable and clean. The stay was great, the only problem was the downstairs room. I felt unsafe to open a window as people can climb through from the outside. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Wasn't a pleasant one, as you needed to be on edge all the time. The stay was pleasant. There is definitely a communication gap with the booking's administrators. I booked two rooms and emphasised that they needed to be next to each other. I made myself clear as my twin girls are 13 years of age. My booking was done two months in advance. I did a follow-up call in the first week of March to ensure this was done, only to arrive there after a 14-hour drive to find out my instructions weren't followed. Management couldn't assist, the night managers didn't even inform the senior managers, and they didn't even try to find a way to remedy the situation.
