Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R750 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

-Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the premises.
-Respect the peace and privacy of neighbours by refraining from hosting parties or events.
-Quiet hours should be observed between 9 PM and 7 AM.
-Pets are not allowed on the property.
-Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified in the listing. A total of 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 small children.
-Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and tidiness during their stay and before checkout.
-Follow the designated check-in and checkout times to allow for smooth transitions between guests.
-Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property, and do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.
-Please park at the bottom of the driveway in the designated space provided.
-Conserve energy and water by turning off lights, appliances, and faucets when not in use.
-Keep the host informed of any issues or concerns during your stay and adhere to any instructions provided by the host.
-Excessive drinking or intoxication is not allowed on the premises.
