Heartwarming home away from home. The Savoy Hotel was a home away from home. The staff gives its guests a warm welcome. They made our stay pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us. They provided us with much more than we expected. We had the use of the hotel's lounge and restaurant because of work we did in Beaufort West. The day manager, Xavier, was exceptionally accommodating. We had some international visitors in Beaufort West and would be recommending the Savoy.

Average at best. Upon arrival, it was realised that the pictures were outdated. There are knives to hold windows in place (not joking!) and doors do not close from the inside. Note: There are people drinking alcohol within a few meters of the reception entrance because of a liquor store next door.

Goed genoeg vir een aand se verblyf. Lugversorging en TV was reeds aangeskakel toe ons inboek. Personeel vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ontbyt was lekker en prys billik. Kussings en handdoeke oud en moet vervang word. Veilige parkering agter hotel, maar baie onveilig voor hotel in straat.

I will not go back to the Savoy. After an 11 hour drive, all one needs is rest. Not at the Savoy. For some reason, they started the extractor unit, which is right next to my room. The noise was unbearable.

Was great and will go again. Room was small but perfect for what I needed. Shower was a disaster though, as it had no pressure, just drops. So this needs to be looked at. Will not deter me from staying here again as it was perfect to have food and a bar available.
