Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R850 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

We also require a refundable breakage deposit per apartment a guarantee against any additional charges such as damages, smoking, lost keys, etc. Please make payment via bank transfer before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded one working day after check-out.

HOUSE RULES
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
- No outside visitors are allowed on the complex or in the apartments, only guests who booked will be allowed onto the property.
Please advise if more people are coming, additional people will be charged accordingly.
- No loud music or parties.
- No shouting in corridors.

Please be aware as this is a self-catering apartment we do not provide daily housekeeping. Please leave the apartment in a fairly tidy condition. The apartments are fully equipped and provided clean with the fresh bed linen.
