Baie lekker. Baie mooi en skoon en gerieflik vir 'n groot gesin.

The house was great! Thank you Smooth Sailing, everything was 'smooth' from check-in, the house and the cosy pool. The house was clean and tidy. Linen was clean as well.

Dit was die ideale plek vir my en gesin. Sal beslis weer gebruik maak van Smooth. Baie lekker. Fantastiese tyd daar gehad.

Spacious and well equipped home with professional efficiency. Family loved it and it was great that we could take our small dog with.

It was pure bliss, exactly what was needed for a break away. The stay was beautiful.

Other than the TVs and the wasted one day payment, all else was fine. Our stay was fine, except for a couple of concerns, which I list just so that they can be attentive for future visitors: (a) we were informed that the TVs in the 3 bedrooms were equipped with DStv; upon our arrival, none of the TVs in the bedrooms worked! They spent the entire following day trying to fix them, which took a day out of our holiday, and paying over per day was a significant waste of money. Needless to say, only the main bedroom TV and living room TV worked for the remainder of our holiday; none of the other two bedrooms.

Gem that needs some polishing and maintenance. The area and safety are fantastic. However, the below put a damper on our stay: broken garden gate, broken sewage cover, plumbing issues, gas stove and oven need repairs or updating, microwave is very outdated, fridge stank of fish. The dirt buildup under or behind furniture and on top of cupboards needs to be addressed. Broken blinds everywhere. Garden service was a joke; they pushed the mower in, mowed one small strip and left (stealing money from the owner as they are not mowing or cleaning the garden). Pool service was a run-around, and they love to blame each other for issues and not just clean it up. Needs more fans. Main bath leaks. Kitchen sink leaks. Only a few lazy boy platforms work. Floor rails are coming off. Pool cover rails need maintenance. Washing line needs maintenance. Front barn door needs maintenance. Upstairs doors to the balcony need maintenance. Main bedroom cupboard drawers do not work and need maintenance.

Wonderful peaceful getaway. We were a family with small kids as well and they enjoyed everything. Shops are very close by. We only struggled with the fridge temperature but got it sorted. The bedding in the main bedroom was a bit dirty, so it was not fresh clean bedding, and the inverter does not work, so we all went to bed early due to loadshedding. Overall, a very nice place.

Enjoyable, fun but a bit disappointing. Enjoyed the house and surroundings, but the shower wasn't very clean, quite unhygienic. It was unpleasant for little kids in the bathrooms.

Heerlike naweek gehad. Ja, ek het lekker gekuier. Die natuur rondom my was lekker.
