HOUSE RULE’S:
• Please bring your swimming & bath towels and your surf board along with you great holiday spirit !
• Alarm in FRONT of the house will arm automaticly at 8pm, disarm automaticly at 6am
Alarm at SEASIDE of the house will arm automaticly at 11pm, disarm automaticly at 6am
• We provide parking on the premises.
• The Spa is not working yet unfortunately
• Please note no noise after 10pm out of respect for the neighbours as we are situated in a residential area. Please make sure to watch your noise levels as well and we need to be considerated of the neighbours, Parties/events are not allowed out of consideration for the neighbours, any noise complaints or Security/SAPS being called will result in a fine of R 2000.
• We do charge a breakage deposit, but also expect you to replace the item broken at your expense if not we will use the breakage deposit. (PLEASE REPORT ALL BREAKAGES TO CHRYS) Please note that any breakages forfeit the full amount of the Breakage Deposit.
•No need to make provisions for loadshedding as we have solar panels at the house. No candles please. There is a gas braai, which can also be used during loadshedding, as electric cooking rings & oven are not connected to save up for all the other electric machinery in the house.
• We welcome children to this establishment, and they must be supervised by their parents at all times,
ESPECIALLY by the pool. Kindly request that you advise them that the plants and flowers must not be pulled out. They are welcome to play anywhere on the premises. Note –please tell the children that jumping on the beds/furniture is not allowed.
• The dining room benches must not go outside there have been adequate chairs provided for outside use.
• Please do not ride on the chairs this causes them to break.

• Irresponsible and inconsiderate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• No smoking inside the house please. If we do find there has been smoking in the house, you will be liable to a fine of R 2000.
• Please try to keep windows and doors closed as there are monkey’s in the area. Don't feed the monkey's please.
•Close all doors and windows when you leave the house.
• If you need help from our domestic lady is available at a set fee of R300.00/per day & sandwich & drink, which you arrange with Chrys. Poor housekeeping and unhygienic living conditions is not acceptable.
• Please do not change the TV settings.
• Please do not play and/or touch the CCTV cameras or the DVR as they are there for protection, should the cameras go off the security company will be notified and sent to investigate.
• Please do not touch the alarm panel all alarms and beams are connected via the masterremote. (REMOTE COLOUR CODE WILL BE GIVEN BY Chrys)
• If you are not sure of anything please contact Chrys, she will gladly be of assistance.

SWIMMING POOL RULE’S:
• No smoking in the pool.
• No eating or drinking in the pool.
• No jumping off the deck into the pool.
• No running or diving around the pool.
• No pets allowed in the pool.
• All children under the age of 12 years must be supervised by an adult.
• No glass bottles allowed in or around the pool area (plastic glaces provided).
• Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers.
• No playing with the pool pumps and/or timers they are set perfectly.
