Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Only the number of guests specified in the booking is allowed.
No pets are allowed.
No formal parties or events may be hosted at the house.
Guests may not receive visitors without notifying the owners.
Sleeping on the couches is not allowed.
No loud music or alcohol abuse is permitted.
Smoking is prohibited inside the units.
Please respect the property, furniture, and other guests.
A refundable breakage deposit must be paid before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
It will be refunded via EFT within 48 hours after the house has been cleaned and inspected.
Any damages during the stay must be reported to the owner upon departure.
If any damage occurs, the cost will be deducted from the deposit before the remaining amount is refunded via EFT.
Guests are asked to leave the house in a reasonable condition and load dirty dishes into the dishwasher.
All remaining dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher.
Guests staying in the Penguin Studio Flat must ensure all dishes are washed before departure.
If the units are left in an untidy state or if items or furniture are damaged, extra costs will be charged, and the breakage deposit may be withheld.
