Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Only the number of guests stated on the reservation is allowed.
Only the Dolphin Garden Suite is dog friendly if pre-arranged and the dog breed is approved.
Pets are not allowed in the Whale Manor House or Penguin Studio Flat.
No formal parties or events held at the house are allowed.
Guests may not receive visitors without notice to owners.
No sleeping on sofas is allowed.
No loud music or alcohol abuse is allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the units.
Please respect the property, furniture, and other guests.
A refundable breakage deposit must be paid before arrival, or in cash on arrival. It will be refunded via EFT within 48 hours after the house is cleaned and everything is found to be in order. If there is any damage during guests' stay, the owner must be informed about it upon departure. If there is damage, the value of the damage will be deducted from the breakage deposit before it is refunded via EFT.
Guests are asked to leave the house in reasonable condition and wash their dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
All remaining dishes should be washed or placed in the dishwasher.
Guests in the Penguin Studio Flat must ensure that all their dishes are washed upon departure.
If the units are not reasonably tidy, and items or furniture are broken or damaged, extra costs will be charged, and the breakage deposit will also be withheld.
