Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Children must be supervised by their parents at all times.
Please do not damage or pull out any of the plants.
Dispose of cigarette butts appropriately; do not throw them over the fence or into the garden.
Smoking or vaping inside the unit is strictly forbidden.
Please switch off the air conditioning when you leave the cottage.
Irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated.
No noise is allowed after 22:00.
Children should not jump on the beds.
Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels, chargers, and bedding for their pets.
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Dogs are permitted on the lawn in front of the coffee shop when it is closed.
Guests are required to clean up after their pets.
Breakages and stains may result in the loss of the breakage deposit.
Guests are not permitted to have additional guests stay overnight in the cottage. Violating this rule may result in additional charges and possible cancellation of the booking without a refund.
