Baie lekker, ook netjies. Vriendelike personeel.

Awesome.

Everything was lovely. Only negatives: WiFi a bit unreliable. No fridge in the room, which is a bit of an annoyance. Staff always there to assist and even assisted with late checkout. Buttons on lift are a bit hard to push. Consider providing liquid shampoo and body wash instead of those hard soaps.

We loved the location of the hotel, everything is just around us. The hotel staff is super friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the Buffer Meal. Please improve that. We didn't get the value for money.

Satisfied but can work on check-in.

I had a 2-night stay and it was great. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant, the location was central, the staff is friendly, and the hotel room was satisfactory. My only issue was the check-in. We waited 1.5 hours just to be allocated a room.

Really enjoyed my week at Town Lodge Port Elizabeth, would highly recommend the hotel.

It was mediocre.

The reception staff was welcoming and extremely friendly, and assisted efficiently in all that we needed. However, when it comes to housekeeping, we were really disappointed. They didn't replace our towels in time, they did not make up the bed sheets thoroughly, and there was no dedicated effort from the housekeeping staff members. We did not have a telephone to call the receptionist for services, so we utilized our own personal phones. We were extremely disappointed that there were no Smart TVs; we entertained ourselves using our own laptops for Netflix. Even B&Bs have Smart TVs nowadays. To keep our drinks and other things cold, we had to go downstairs to ask the restaurant, as we did not have our own fridge in the room. They should install small bar fridges to make life easier, as we had to move from the 6th floor to the ground floor to use the fridge.

Great location. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Whenever you called for something, you would get quick assistance and the place is kept clean and neat.

We booked a non-smokers room that smelt terribly of old smoke! Induced bad sinusitis! It's difficult to look past that!

Beste nagrus in jare. Gemaklike en skoon bed. Baie vriendelike en behulpsame diens.

Goeie kwaliteit, waarde vir geld akkommodasie.

Kommunikasie en personeel was uiters vriendelik en hulpvaardig. Aandete en ontbyt was van hoogstaande gehalte. Die kamer wat op die see uitkyk, was ongelooflik. Sal beslis weer daar wil bespreek.

Baie lekke gekuier en gebly.

Vriendelike personeel en baie behulpsaam. Die ondergondse parkering was ook baie lekker veral na die lang verwagte reën wat uitgesak het. Lekker naby aan die winkels en restaurante.

We enjoyed our two nights at Town Lodge Port Elizabeth. The service was great, very clean and staff was very helpful. Just wish the pool was open until later instead of 20:00.

Brilliant location.

The stay was great, however they could improve reaction to queries at reception. Roxanne was amazing, her service was just impeccable as well as the breakfast team on the morning of the 29th, they were great and attentive.

Met aankoms by die hotel, was ons meegedeel dat hulle 'n bulk-booking het en dat ons "opgradeer" is na die City Lodge langsaan. Ek sê "opgradeer" want dit was definitief nie 'n opgradering nie. Ons het kamers met see-uitsig bespreek, maar moes teen die parkeer-area vaskyk. Ek dink die City Lodge is 'n ouer hotel. Ek sou eerder vooraf wou weet van die situasie, ek sou definitief iewers anders bespreek het. Ek het vantevore by die Town Lodge gebly, maar kan nie op my laaste ervaring 'n aanbeveling maak nie, jammer.
