House Rules

It should be noted that parties or loud music are not allowed.

Guests are kindly requested not to turn off the DStv using the remote. They are asked to leave the remote on the table under the TV.

The accommodation provides bedding, but towels are not included. Any marks from sunscreen, makeup, or other damage will incur charges.

Guests are reminded to ensure that all electrical appliances and electric stoves are turned off after use.

The accommodation does not provide a braai grid; only a braai stand is available. Guests are requested to leave one outdoor light on when going out and to remember to turn it off upon their return.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guests are encouraged to use the provided ashtray outside. Additionally, guests are urged not to dispose of cigarette butts in the fire or on the grass.

Regrettably, pets are not permitted.

The entire unit is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. No extra overnight guests are allowed under any circumstances.

Guests are kindly asked not to sit on the furniture, sofas, or beds with wet clothes or to move any of the furniture.

There is a laundry line available on the left side of the house for guest use.

An additional trash bin is provided outside the house for the disposal of trash bags. Guests are requested not to place any loose items or ash in the trash bin. Garbage is collected on Mondays during the offseason and on Mondays and Thursdays during the December holiday. Trash bags can be placed on the sidewalk in front of the unit on those days.

A rechargeable flashlight is available in the unit, as well as a light under the TV in the smaller living room that functions during power outages. A gas bottle is provided for use during power outages.

A fine will be imposed for any violations of these rules.
