The hospital is situated in Bethelsdorp, a suburb in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. Bethelsdorp is located West of the R75 Main Road running North West from Port Elizabeth to Uitenhage.

PAYMENT

Jose Pearson TB Hospital is a provincial hospital, and services are free to pregnant and breastfeeding women as well as children under the age of six years old. Other citizens are charged according to a sliding scale depending on their income.
