N1 City Mall is located in Goodwood, in the heart of the northern suburbs, and is one of Cape Town's most convenient regional shopping centres. With over 140 stores and restaurants, the mall is now the 4th largest shopping centre in the Western Cape, with a retail space measuring over 64,000m².

N1 City Mall offers clothing, footwear, banks, electronics, books, gifts, eyewear, food, health and beauty, home décor, furniture, jewellery, accessories, sports, specialty goods, and medical services. Anchor shops include Pick n Pay, Woolworths, Edgars, and Hi-Fi Corporation. The Ster-Kinekor complex offers a variety of cinemas showing the latest blockbuster movies.

A dedicated food court includes operators such as Texas Spur, Mike's Kitchen, Panarottis, KFC, Ocean Basket, Nando's, Steers, and Wimpy, with a big screen showing the latest sporting entertainment. While most of the eateries are situated in the food court area, a variety of coffee shops such as Mugg & Bean, Just Dough, Café Fino, and Maxi's are also situated throughout the Mall.

N1 City offers free, secure parking with friendly car guards on duty. Special Mom's and Tots parking bays are situated at each entrance. In addition, there is also 24 hour security and CCTV surveillance.
