Vryburg Airport
Description
Vryburg Airport is a small airfield that serves Vryburg in the North West province of South Africa. It is set 1194.82 metres above mean sea level. It features one runway (1200 x 20 meters) and provides very basic facilities. It was completed in March 1939 and was used by the South African Department of Defence during the Second World War. There are no scheduled flights available, but private charter jets offer flights to and from the airport.
