City of the Saints Guest Cottage"Was my eerste besoek aan Grahamstad, wat 'n pragtig historiese plek, sal weer moet gaan om al die mooi plekke te besoek. Die teerpaaie is natuurlik onrybaar, vol slaggate, die dame by die inligtingskantoor was baie negatief oor die klein dorpie en het dit net die heeltyd afgebreek en sleg gesê. Verder het ek die dorpie baie geniet."
"Boknes is 'n pragtige, stil en veilige strand. Die mense is vriendelik en die omgewing is ongelooflik mooi. Ek sal enige tyd weer soontoe gaan. Die naaste dorp is Kenton-on-sea wat ongeveer 15 minute se ry van Boknes af is en het alles wat nodig is. "
"Graaff-Reniet and surrounds have a lot to offer. Stay for a few days and explore. Highly recommended. "

Acorn Cottage Bed and Breakfast"Grahamstown is a very interesting place. I love the old buildings, churches and some of the houses found there. The roads have unfortunately not been maintained and there are so many potholes. You have to be so careful driving around. Drinking water must be bought and the residents are worried about the sewage problems in the future. I hope things will improve soon."

"I would recommend it to anyone who plans a trip to South Africa. Keep your eyes open and the doors closed and you will see so many things. The only thing we would have liked to see is a greater selection on affordable foods when arriving and staying with self-catering options. We were quite hungry and there was nothing nearby. The prices on the small selection of foods was too high and when staying with a big family it wasn't offering enough options. Apart from that it was great. Also, the organised safaris would have been great for my kids but they said they are too young. There was no difference though to driving with our own car in terms of safety. It would have been great to experience the tour with the guide and get some of the insides and explanations of the wildlife first hand. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay and will come back in some years."

"The village of Cradock is worth a visit to view Olive Schreiner's home and old architecture. A pleasant Karoo town located in pretty surrounds. The locals are very friendly and helpful. Our trailer needed repair and the garage owner organised parts from PE to fix the trailer as quickly as possible. Very grateful."
"An interesting dorpie with pretty much only the Hotel with any sort of life at night. The road from Willowmore is very dangerous at night!"
