Barnacles"Ons tweede keer in Witsand en sal weer kom kuier. Dorp was stil en drank was pepperduur. Maak jouself reg vir 'n R50 tot R80 heffing per bottle. Die twee restuarante was puik en het lekker gekuier. Die aas wat ons gekoop het was beslis ook nie die varste of die goedkoopste nie. Volgende keer sal ons meer voorbereid wees en nog lekkerder kuier."

If you are an animal lover like us, you would love the fact that your dog is in absolute heaven too and makes a lot of friends on the beach! A place with a retro flavour, which maintained intact the taste of genuine fun."

A round trip down the Highlands pass is great with a stop at the look out point then having a milk shake at the Bot River Hotel. Of course one can have something a bit stronger. The Highlands road is a good gravel road, but going down might be a bit nerve racking for a short distance."
