"The main beach (some driving distance away) was unfortunately not very pleasant. There were alcohol bottles everywhere along with related shady characters. My 4-year-old daughter contracted Impetigo from the tidal pool and had to spend a night in the hospital. Oom At did warn us about all of this. The beach at the house is perfect, we were the only ones there and it was very clean and safe. The fishing was great!"

Beach Wood Cottages"Lovely beach with lots to do for the kids. Both a tidal pool and kiddies pool. Also lovely grass to sit on if you don't like beach sand under your feet... loved it!!"
"Rustige buurt. Probeer Sea Park Indian Delights vir egte Indiese kosse. Port Shepstone gholfbaan het uitstekende spesiale aanbiedings as jy laat in die dag wil speel. Addington Spar is klein, maar voldoende. "
"Ek hou baie van die ligging - dit is stil en rustig, maar het die nodige winkels en plekkies om te besoek. "
"Dit is baie bebos oorkant die straat van die huis en kothuis en dit maak mens effens onveilig voel."
"Love the beach and the Orca restaurant, but if you want value for money go to Pitstop and support the old Oom that is dedicated and looks after your vehicle while you order the biggest burger on the South Coast."
"Warner Beach het 'n heerlike getypoel om in te swem. Warner Beach is nie 'n offisiële swemstrand nie, meer vir branderplankryers. Winkelspruit is 'n offisiële swemstrand met reddingspanne aan diens."
"Margate het baie agteruit gegaan. Persoonlik het ek nie veilig gevoel om in die strate te loop nie."
"Le Touessrok is in Ramsgate not Margate and for us in our seventies is very much more preferable to Margage. The beach adjacent to Le Touessrok is great (50 m walk through garden), has shark net protection, life guards at weekends and safe. There are pleasant eating places around Ramsgate and neighbouring Southbroom. Margate itself is really not our scene. If one has a problem with stairs then Le Touessrok is not for you unless you are on the ground floor. "
