House Rules
Children aged between 0 and 18 stay free.
A one-time exit cleaning fee will be included in the final invoice. To qualify for our complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change, your booking must be for 14 days or more, and the service will occur on the 6th or 7th day of your stay.
If you would like to arrange additional cleaning during your stay at 24 Gordonia, at your own expense, please inform the office 48 hours in advance by getting in touch with us, and we will provide a quotation according to your requirements.
We request that the person booked is the person who checks in.
A valid identity document will be requested on check-in in and a guest contract will be signed.
No more than the number of people booked and checked in may stay overnight on the property.
Visitors are by special arrangement only.
No disturbance to the neighbors is permitted.
Please do not remove any items from the property
Report any breakages that occur during your stay, please.
