Maximum 6 people for 2-bedroom chalets and 8 people for 3-bedroom chalets.
No day visitors without prior arrangement.

Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on streets, lawns, or the beach.
Guests are liable for damages to common property, deductible from the deposit.
No loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances.
Quiet hours: 23:00 to 09:00.
No music from vehicles or loud conversations on verandas.
Use designated access roads to the beach.
Braais are allowed only in designated areas.
No pets are allowed.
Maximum 2 vehicles per chalet, parked in designated areas. No driving between houses or on lawns.
Do not leave shells, stones, or bones on the grass.
Ball games between houses or near parked cars are not allowed.
Non-compliance with these rules will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
