The One-bedroom unit is furnished with a king-size bed and a sleeper couch for children. The unit features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, and an extra single bed can be arranged for an additional fee. It also has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a patio with braai facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge has a sofa and a TV with satellite channels. Guests have access to a shared boma with a fire pit. The unit also offers free Wi-Fi and parking on the premises.

Smoking tobacco is permitted outside on the patio and away from the buildings. Marijuana is prohibited at all times.
No parties, abuse of alcohol, loud disturbances, and/or noise nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises.
No day visitors are allowed.
No pets are allowed.
Daily housekeeping services are included, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Housekeeping can be arranged on request for weekends and public holidays, for an additional fee.
