Drop Anchor: Rates displayed are on a room-only basis with heat-and-eat facilities which include a bar fridge, microwave and a kettle.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R800 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that the accommodation does not have self-catering facilities or a TV.
Note that there is a friendly dog and 2 cats living on the premises and that this is not ideal for guests who do not like pets.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Quiet times between 23:00 and 09:00.
No laundry and washing of cars is allowed.
Parties are strictly not allowed.
Please keep to the speed limit and wait until the gate closes before driving off. This is for everyone's safety.
Please respect the residents and take the main road to the beach.
The breakage deposit is payable in cash or via EFT. It will be refunded within 3 days of the guest's departure if:
The Drop Anchor is left in the same condition as received.
No damage was done
None of the rules were broken.
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed.
Maximum of 2 guests allowed.
