We had a nice rest. Despite some repairs to the unit, we had a very nice stay. The dam had trout in it and it was nice to just be in the tranquility of nature. It would be nice if the coffee ice cream continued.

Pleasant, but room for improvement. Cleaning could really be improved. Lots of spiders and cobwebs seen. Kitchen not fully equipped, e.g. too few salad bowls, glass bowls, oven pan, oven gloves. Also no bath mat and towels in bathroom; did receive the items when we asked for them. Also only 2 extra blankets for 6 beds. This was a problem because it was cold and wet in Dullstroom.

Beautiful estate with sub-standard chalet setup. The chalet is not what it seems like in the photos. The beds are the worst I have ever slept on while on holiday, a double bed with no mattress cover and not hotel/chalet friendly.
