Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- Smoking is not allowed in the house, should this rule be broken you would be required to pay a fine.
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- Galvin's House does not have Wi-Fi access.
- Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- Breakage deposit please needs to be paid before arrival, and will be refunded 7 days after check-out should all be in order.
- Under no circumstances are visitors or parties allowed, should you disregard this rule you will be asked to vacate the premises
- Only the amount of guests that the property accommodates is allowed, if an extra guest was brought without permission then you will have to pay the charge upon check-in or check-out.
- All ages from infants to adults is considered a person when booking.
- No children under 21 are left alone to spend the night without an adult.
- No day visitors are permitted provided prior arrangements are made.
