Had a nice time by the sea. Nice stay, beautiful sea view, beds. Short attention span, carpets could be replaced with ceramic tiles. WiFi missing.

Well equipped "typical" beach house. Visited for 4 days with 2 children, 19 and 12. Typical older beach house: some parts do need a bit of a makeover and there is carpeting throughout (even in the main bathroom) which could definitely change. Everything you need: comfortable sofas for reading books, large open sliding windows for sea air, sea view of the beach (binoculars) from the huge balcony. Maybe make the lower apartment's covered parking available for the upper guests. Would recommend booking downstairs and upstairs together - the lower unit has gas which would be handy with all the power outages - unfortunately there is no power assistance or solar geysers which is a bit challenging with 8 hours a day without power. Hilda is fantastic - always around the corner to help. Maybe add a photo of the braai facilities next to the house.
