House Rules

At Franschhoek Camping, no ground tents or ground sheets are allowed, no pets are allowed, and there is a maximum stay of 7 days.

Children are allowed by special arrangement only, and they must be 10 years or older. Children cannot be booked online, and an extra fee per child per night will apply.

Heuwelsig Farm Cottages and Franschhoek Camping do not have a 24-hour reception service. Communication is done via WhatsApp. Please arrange your estimated time of arrival in advance.

If you will be arriving after 18:00, please arrange a late check-in. Depending on the time, a late check-in fee may be charged if staff need to stay overtime to check you in. The gate will be closed at all times for security purposes. Guests need to call upon arrival at the gate so it can be opened.

Please consider other guests:
No smoking in rooms and cottages.
No music or noise allowed. Quiet time is from 22:00 to 08:00.

KolKol hot tubs can be rented, as an extra and need to be arranged at least 24 hour before arrival, via WhatsApp. Subject to availability.

The campsite is designed for motorhomes, but small caravans (no double axis) and rooftop tents are welcome.
