Description

Located on the owner's property in Sinoville, Pretoria, Hoover's Nest is a charming self-catering apartment with a private entrance. It is situated 7.3 km from Wonderboom National Airport, and 2 km from Montana Hospital, making it an ideal option for a family, friends, or couples' getaway.

This elegant apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, and toilet. A double sleeper couch is available in the lounge area. Fresh linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan living area includes a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove, kettle, microwave, toaster, air fryer, fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy couches and a Smart TV with DStv.

Through the sliding doors, there is a patio, and behind the cottage is an outdoor braai area for guests' use. Guests are afforded secure parking in front of the cottage. The property is in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area.
