The unit can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, a safe as well as a large window which offers mountain and ocean views. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a dressing table with mirror and chair, this room is suitable for both adults and children. The third bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together upon request. All bedrooms have ample cupboard space. The unit comes equipped with and it has 1 and a half bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 high chairs. The lounge area offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. Outside is a wrap-around, undercover patio with a table featuring seating for 6 people. There are also braai facilities available.

Local residents needs to prepay this via EFT.
A maximum of 8 people sharing in 2 en-suite bedrooms and another 2 bedrooms sharing a full bathroom are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
There is a sleeper couch in the lounge which can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children under 12 years of age at extra R 500 per child per night.
Children of all ages are welcome, however, this house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. The owners and property management company will not be held liable.
Please bring your own baby cot and high chair with.
Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
No pets are allowed on the property. The owners live on-site with their dogs who may come visit.
No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in the astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
This is a high fire risk area, please no open fires are allowed at the property and do not leave any fires unattended.
Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund.
No parties or events are permitted at the property.
No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
The owner lives in the same house but is separate and private from The Annex, with own access.
Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay, at additional cost.
