Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- A breakage deposit will be added to your account and is refundable within 72 hours after the exit check.
- This is a self-catering unit. Any cleaning or other ad hoc services can be arranged with the Agent – please agree with and pay the Agent directly.
- Excessive use of water and electricity in excess of R150 will be billed extra.
- 50% of the total fee is payable upon making the booking. A further 25% is payable 4 weeks prior to your book-in date. The full fee plus the breakage deposit is due 7 days prior to your book-in date via EFT into our account (less the deposit paid via the website).
