Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. We greatly value input from our guests as it helps us to continually improve the experience we offer.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused during your stay. In particular, we regret any confusion regarding the key collection process and will work to make this smoother for future guests.
Regarding the water pressure, temperature and Wi-Fi, we have not previously experienced any issues, but have conducted thorough checks recently and, so far, have not identified any issues. However, we will continue to monitor both systems closely to ensure everything remains in working order and will take immediate action should any problems arise.
As an additional quality control measure in place, we also provide our guests with the owners’ contact numbers and request our guests to call us should there be any issues or unhappiness with the services of our house manager. It is unfortunate that this option was not utilised so that we could have addressed the issues promptly.
We also appreciate your suggestions regarding child safety and additional bathroom facilities. We will take them into consideration as we plan future improvements to the house.
