House Rules
Wi-Fi is suitable for emails, browsing but not large downloads.
Please note that the facilities are for the use by all guests (unless a lapa is specifically booked for a function).
Check out strictly 10:00 (we need to clean and prepare the chalets for new arrivals)
No room servicing on a Sunday or Public Holidays
Day visitors strictly R200pp by arrangement only
No smoking inside chalets
No loud music at chalets at any time and must be off by 22:00 latest. Please respect other guests and neighbours.
No loud music at lapa/pool areas at any time and must be off by 22:00.
No hooting, screaming, shouting, abusive behaviour. We are a friendly and peaceful getaway.
No bomb drops into the pool please – water is a scarce resource.
Strictly No Fireworks (This has been banned by Mogale City, under whose district we fall. We also have animals on the property.)
Bachelor parties or loud/big sound systems are not allowed.
No big speakers, DJs or music out of a car boot.
No Adult entertainment.
No swimming in the dams or ponds.
Electric fence which is alarmed, security camera at the gate as well as a security guard that patrols the premises at night.
If you cancel your booking within 14 days of your check-in date, any payments made will be non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the rooms we will refund you.
If a token deposit (less than 50%) is paid, the remaining balance to make up the 50% will be due by a set date given. If the payment is not made by this date, rooms may be re-allocated from the original booking.
