House Rules

Only booked guests are allowed on the premises.
Guests need the hosts's permission for day visitors to enter the premises.
Parties, loud music, noise, and disruptive behaviour are not allowed on the premises.
Strictly no smoking inside the house. Failure to adhere to this will result in penalties or additional cleaning fees that will be applied.
Common areas must be kept tidy at all times.
Kitchen utensils must be cleaned after use.
Bathrooms must be tidy before guests check out.
Report any damages or breakages to the host on time.
Avoid unnecessary shifting of furniture from designated positions.
The gate must be locked at all times.
