"Pragtige, skoon en vriendelike dorpie. Bobbejane het ons op die strand bedreig. Geen toesig in die vorm van sekuriteit daarvoor insig nie. Ons het baie onveilig gevoel. Dit kan miskien oorweeg word om 'n bobbejaan-soldaat/ -wagter of twee op die strand te hê met die nodige toerusting om die bobbejane weg te jaag."

"Pringlebaai het baie mooi weer met min wind gehad toe ons besoek het. Ons was ook gelukkig om walvisse te sien. Die wind kan erg waai in die somermaande. Daar is mooi staproetes teen die berg as jy nie strand toe wil gaan nie. Die bobbejane kan mens laat skrik, maar hulle wil net jou kos steel. Die plaaslike winkeltjies se pryse is hoog, vat liewers eie ekstra melk of hout saam, en gaan loer net daar in vir 'n koerant."

"Small community with perfect beach sunset viewing. Just near Betty's Bay and wonderful penguin viewing. Around the corner from one of the most scenic drives, we have ever taken. We loved Pringle Bay!"

"We went for the peace and quiet. It can get very windy in Pringle Bay. Very friendly and helpful people from the local community. I'd suggest doing your shopping for provisions before heading off to Pringle Bay. Any herbs, spices, olive oil, condiments etc. make sure to bring those along yourself as well. There are a few take away options and a local store, with limited necessities. We needed assistance over Easter with a punctured car tyre. The closest garage or tyre place is in Kleinmond. A little 'off the beaten track' for emergencies."
