Rustig en het lekker gerus. Dis soos jou huis van die huis af. Die uitsig van die see uit amper elke vertrek is asemrowend mooi. Ons gaan elke jaar daar kuier.

Lekker op die see vir 'n rustige vakansie. Verblyf was lekker. Alles werk goed. Panne se handvatsels moet vasgedraai word. Stukkende materiaal van banklening moet herstel word, want dit skep 'n negatiewe siening.

Never again booking at this place. Check in by 15:00. The keys were not available; I waited for an hour at the garage for the keys to arrive. Faulty equipment that shocks you. I was very disappointed and for the amount of money we paid. Never again.

Hi Lynn, Thanks for your feedback. We value our guests' satisfaction and strive to ensure that our units are comfortable, so I am very sorry that you were not happy with the accommodation. We have housed countless guests in this unit, and, as you can see from our past reviews, we have always received excellent feedback, so I am very disappointed that the issues relating to the stove and microwave would sour your entire holiday, despite our prompt efforts in resolving these problems. I would please like to respond as follows: - I must sincerely apologise as I was not aware that you waited for an hour for your keys, as our check-in is at 3pm. I know on the 30th of December, when you checked in, we moved 2 extra ladies to help clean at this unit, as another guest had checked out on the same morning, and the one cleaner was running late, but I was not aware that you waited for so long? So sorry about that. On the 31st of December, we received a message from you stating that the stove was faulty and you couldn't cook. On the same day, we sent an electrician to check and he replaced the stove's isolator. On or around the 3rd of January, sorry, I can’t recall the exact date, you advised that the microwave was making a noise, and we took you a brand-new microwave within an hour or two of receiving the call. The old microwave was later diagnosed and the capacitor had blown and needed to be replaced. Once again, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you and hope we will be able to accommodate you in another unit in the near future. Regards, Mandy.

Rustig, see uitsig en branders wat jou aan die slaap sus. Ons het baie lekker gebly en sal enige tyd teruggaan. Ideaal vir gesinne met kinders wat op die grasperk kan speel terwyl jy braai.

Was a very relaxing getaway. Would recommend to my family and friends. Stay was very relaxing except for the beach being brown by our section. View was exceptional from the two rooms above. Pet friendly. My daughters' room and sons' room had bed bugs; they were bitten terribly. Please have those two rooms' beds cleaned. No air conditioning available, even though I asked for air conditioning in Calamari 11.

Hi Shane, We appreciate your valuable feedback and are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We would like to inform you that the beds were checked by a pest control company for bed bugs, but none were found. The specialist suggested that the problem could be sand fleas, which are very active when walking on the sand at dawn or dusk. Their bites resemble that of normal fleas, leaving swollen red bumps on your legs. Unfortunately, I was not made aware of any requests regarding air conditioning. However, this is noted in the unit descriptions, as the bedrooms and lounge area are equipped with ceiling fans. Thank you for staying with us and we hope we can accommodate you again in the future!
