Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The breakage deposit is by EFT only (strictly no cash) and must be paid by the day before check-in.
No noise after 22:00 and also, any noise must be kept to a minimum as there are other residents living in the building.
Check-in is strictly between 14:00 and 18:00 only.
Please note that the check-out time of 10 am is strictly adhered to as we will need to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
Please do not leave any food in the fridge when checking out.
