House Rules

The fourth bedroom is only suitable for children.
Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Small pets are allowed with written approval from the owner only.
Guests should please bring their own swimming and beach towels.
Cleaning services can be provided by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of Top Destinations.
Guests need to please inform Top Destinations of any breakages or damages that occurred in the house during their stay. An additional fee will be charged according to the value of the above-mentioned damages.
No payments can be made at the property and should be settled before arrival; during December and January, the bookings should be settled 1 month prior to arrival.
