Cambridge High School
Description
Cambridge High School is a public co-ed high school situated on 10 hectares of land in Cambridge, one of the oldest suburbs of East London. The school caters for Grades 8 to 12 and has over 1000 students. Together with Cambridge Primary School, it forms part of the Cambridge Family of Schools.
HERITAGE
Established in 1879, Cambridge High School began in a little Baptist Church with just 25 students. It now consists of two large schools – a primary school and a high school.
ACADEMICS
The school motto is Non Vobis which means “Not for Ourselves”.
