Description
Uvongo Lagoon might be one of the most beautiful places on earth, located in the holiday village of Uvongo, KwaZulu-Natal. This spectacular body of water is fed by the Vungu River via a 23m high waterfall surrounded by equally memorable scenery. Tall green cliffs covered with a wild variety of bananas surround this sheltered lagoon. Nearby attractions include a sandy beach, good boating facilities, a tidal pool, paddling pool, and a local curio market.
