The fourth annual Constantia Fresh Festival will be taking place from the 1 – 2 March 2013 at the Buitenverwachting Wine Estate in the captivating Constantia Valley. The festival showcases the diversity and food compatibility of the “wild white” grape through different tasting and pairing events. This year’s event aims not only to showcase the famous Sauvignon Blanc, but also many other wines from all over the world that exhibit the same fresh taste that accompanies white wines.
